I have a broken rear starboard cleat. Anyone know how to get to the underside bolts? I see an access hatch under the bunk but don't want to break the seal on it if that is not where the bolts are??

Gary,
That panel is not close to the cleat's bolts. The only way I know would be to cut an access hole from either the cabin which would be hard to judge or from the cockpit which is a lot easier. A couple of removable access plates and you are set. Replace the cleat with stainless cleats. Won't happen again. Happy sails, Tony
