I just installed a new HD headstay wire and ran it thru my stock furler.
I can not remember how the adjustment works without a turnbuckle. Is it just one washer on one nut on the threaded end of the headstay wire?
Anyone have any diagrams?

I barely recall. Don't remember washers, but mine does have a lock nut and a pin I believe.

You can go to this web page and down load or see the manuals for both the CDI FF1 or FF2 manuals.

I do not have a CDI furler. Totally different beast with the stock Macgregor.

The headstay has threaded end that you tighten the nuts inside the furler. Been a while and I don't recall exactly, but if you take it apart it's pretty simple to figure out.
