Guys, I promise you nobody else cares, and I'm certain nobody made any money off of it. One of the core tenants of trademark or copyright infringement case law is showing that someone was financially harmed (i.e., could have made money except for the infringement) or that the infringement resulted in financial gain for the infringer. Since neither occurred, I don't think we have a federal case here. Let's all play nice and not get banned over who took which photo or list of people.

Both you and Tiffanie were part of a trip that gets excited and if you don't report your Wake Board with full Ballast in towing Tiffanie....Than I will.

Dave, only this one picture on the Mac board comes from your photobucket and I'm happy to delete it if you didn't intend for it to be publicly quoted. As for my report, there is not a single word in there from your report and there is also not a single picture in there that I didn't take with my own camera. If you think otherwise, prove it.
