No sails, no potty, no bunks, it's an enhanced ski-doo. 8)

Sweet! Maybe it could double as a Mac tow-vehicle. :)

So now there is going to be a bunch of people on the water who are not really boaters at all...I can see some problems, like crashing into wakes and flipping it over, or having the engine quit miles from anywhere and being adrift on a "boat" thats not really a boat.
Not to mention corrosion if used in salt water. That said, sure, if I lived near a lake and just wanted to zip around close to shore, I might choose that over a jet ski, if money was no object. It would be easier to launch and recover.

I think the base price is $75k without the motor installed. You have to get someone to do that. Installed I think it pushes it over $100k. Then there are local state regs to leap over.
I'll get 2 of them, one for the admiral. One in white and one in blue.

I was pleased to see the passengers bring on their own PFDs...two each, IIRC

Looks like great fun! But I'll bet it's a slug when under sail. . . . BUT, there's no doubt that the "biggest threat" is still those enormous wake waves from big power boats that thrash my M about like a small cork on the water.
