I sail a 26X 2002 with 150 on a furler which I despertly need to replace. Who has the better genoa? Hyde or BWY? Second question is, I would like to be able to add a hank on jib for those windy days on the Chesapeake Bay. Does anyone have any know how and materials I need? I'm not sure if its worth the effort for the performance gain. Just seems like a good idea.
Thanks
Brian

BWY sails are made by (now I forgot) but a sailmaker that has been around a long time so I hear they are good, perhaps somewhat cheaper than Hyde. I have a Hyde Main and it is a beauty, when the snow melts just a little I will let you know how it flies.
Dump the furler, it sounds like it isn't working for you for those 'windy days', so why have it. It's a trailering nightmare, weight aloft, storage liability, maintenance and slows performance.
