billy box
where can i buy a billy box ? are they still being made ? how much are they ? for this last trip i cut plywood drop boards for the companionway and stuck a 5000 btu in the companionway and it worked great but saw alans billy box in fla .saturday and was really impressed ? googled billy box forsale /???? came up empty ?

I'm glad you came up empty as I try to stay below the radar.
Thanks for the compliment. (Actually I called them X-boxes for the fun of it, but Victor started the Billy box thing and I can't seem to shake it.)
I do these at near cost for X owners and I don't advertise it. I have a real job!
I also didn't want to capitalize on the form.
They are cut on a CNC and are made of PVC board with SS screws--no maintenace. I also prefit each before I ship it(--that's why there is no profit).
If you really want one let me know (pm or email billyg at nc dot rr dot com) and I'll make arrangements. I seldom keep any on hand.
Just don't be in a real big hurry.
