Congrats on a great name. I, too, feel blessed to have a nice sailboat. I have had many moments of extraordinary peace and joy sailing. It seems fitting to try to capture those experiences in the boat name. Hope to see you out and about in Central Florida. The admiral and I have lived our share of troubles in our previous lives, but we also feel that God has blessed us in many ways, especially since we got married (almost 7 years ago now), and definitely not from our own effort and wisdom and good choices (HA!)... Getting to buy and own a sailboat is a big part of that, we believe it is a gift we get to enjoy, so we felt that "Grace Full One" was a great name...we haven't put it on her yet, but will soon enough.
It also leaves room for Grace Full Two, Three,
Thanks! We plan to put the boat in a mast-up trailer storage on Tampa Bay in just a couple months!! We don't get over to the Orlando area much, as I travel the west coast of FL in sales, so we always end up around TB or the west coast somewhere. But that doesn't mean we wouldn't head over for a nice day crewing on East Toho or something if invited!Herschel wrote:Hope to see you out and about in Central Florida.
Doug, the only cursing about Galactica tends to be white macs watching me speed away....![]()
