What happened to Kelly-Hanson?

30 BBB complaints in the past 12 months and a bureau rating of "F", who cares what Kelly Hanson requests?
A slow economy doesn't account for not delivering products which have been paid for by the customer.

I ordered and paid for 2 boom kickers that I have not received. This started in July and I have not heard a word back from them. VERY dissapointed as they were paid for up front. I have contacted Boom kicker and we'll see if anything can be done about it.

Seacatcapt, we have read that information. But the bankruptcy in Denver is NOT for Art Kelly or for Kelly Hanson... it is another fellow named Kelly. I made the same mistake, posted it here on the board, and understandably Art got very upset - I don't blame him, as I would have been upset too had someone said that about me in a public forum. When I discovered I was wrong, I removed the posting and posted a retraction.

I'll say it again - Kelly Hanson is no longer accepting orders, according to their website. That is all we need to say here.

This board will not be a forum for beating up on any vendor. Hence, I am locking this thread.
