Bob,

Looks like you and I will be beating ROAD, Victor, Billy and Erik (all in those slow X's) to the anchorage and get first dibs on the good spots.

Cheers,
Jim

That is only because after I get done sailing circles around you I think I might do some sight seeing. By chance after I let you pick what ever spot you want on the long sandy shoreline would you like to be dropped off and picked up at the light house :?:

Be nice now.
Remember, guys, this is a "pirate" sail which means no rules--anything goes.

Warning: Vic & Erik each have 'Zuki 90s on their Xs. After all, these are POWERsailers!
This may truly be a day of reckoning. :D :D :D

(Don't want to scare you away, but we can provide video of what you'll be up against.)

Anyone who shows up with anything bigger than a 50hp should leave their masts on the beach. It's called a Pirate Sail for a reason. :) :)

Spoken like a true individual that has never seen one fly by you like you were sitting still. Yep I too used to be like you and unfortunately still am because I can't afford the ETEC 130HP I want to get or for that matter one of those whimsy Suzuki 90HP at the moment

Somehow I knew this issue would come up...you guys "cheat" if you need to...I guess Pirates are "cut throat" when it comes to winning...

Bob and I will bask in our purity of purpose...as we watch you guys walk away from us at high speed using your iron gennys...

Cheers,
Jim

My Bigfoot 50 is awesome around the docks. Not so much in the straight-a-way...

And the beer on Syzygy is just as cold as the beer on those boats with the big butts! 8)

Two quick things if a Pirate isn't cheating he is not trying hard enough. The other thing I will have purity of purpose to without the iron genny so I will employing a different set of tactics to bring on my Pirate game :o .

OK, we'll leave the iron gennys off and pull out the rags (for purity sake). Better hope it's not a down wind run--how's this: 34' of sail on a 28' mast.
Just maybe we'll "steal your wind" :D :D :D

You know the best leaders in anything are not the ones that know everything and do everything but the ones that pass on their Knowledge, Skills , and Abilities (KSAs) to their Subordinates. It is nice to see from your comment that I am passing along my KSAs on to you. Now whether those KSAs are actually sailing ones, or just showing the proper edicts in being a pirate smart-ss is yet to be determined  .
