It was one of my fav's too, Rick. I have searched and am unable to find an electronic copy of that particular strip, but it was about the 'guys' having a Men's Club... and some woman comes along and lectures them on the inappropriateness of having such a chauvinist club and that they should take a good hard look at what's really the most important thing in a man's life (she's meaning their women folk)... the guys entirely miss her point and look into their pants for what's most important in a man's life. Absolutely hilarious.

I'll probably find out today more about the Chesapeake Mac gathering.

My first thoughts is Memorial Day weekend at Point Lookout, MD. Any other thoughts on this?

I will probably be able to participate. Maybe could get more Macs if we could get this thing further North. Lots of Macs up this way.

I would recommend Sandy Point State Park Marina at the West end of the Bay Bridge south of Baltimore.

Sea Dreamer and I will be returning from Kansas so we probably won't be available memorial day weekend. Mid Chesapeake will be so thick with boats that you'll be able to walk across the bay. I'd vote week before or week after memorial day. If in the mid bay area Greg at Casa Rio has said in the past he will find an area for parking trailers on the sales lot (for a small price)

Fellow Chesapeaker Mac Sailors,

I will be sailing Sunday and Monday this weekend...anchoring out somewhere. I have no set plan so if anyone is planning to be out Sunday or Monday before lunch within ~30nm of Annapolis let me know and I can head that way. At the very least it would be an opportunity to take some pics/videos of our boats under sail.

Cheers,
Jim

Omar,

Hope you got your steering install completed okay. I am out just about every weekend in the Annapolis area. Just drop me an email when you will be heading down and I will try to make it out that day and find you on the water somewhere.

Of course the last guy I met up with out on the water lost his mast...maybe I am some sort of "bad karma" or something... :)

Cheers,
Jim

Jim,

I may be out on Sunday...but maybe on Monday (taking leave). I need to run up to Dave's Trailers in Glen Burnie and pick up my new trailer if it is in...they aren't open on Sundays.

Either way, my Dad is in town so I will be bringing him out for a sail.
