Rudder for 22' 1978 Missing

I am looking at buying a 22' MacGregor and it is missing the rudder, can anyone tell me where to find one or make one ( I very handy)

It is also missing the mast. Good pictures would be most helpful! Thank you

I think that the rudder is the least of your worries. You say the mast is missing? Do you have the boom, standing rigging, running rigging and all associated hardware? Sails? If not, the cost of these items could easily be twice the value of the boat. If you decide to continue, there are several articles on building rudders on the net, or you can shell out $600 for the complete assembly here:

I am parting out a Cal 21 sailboat and have all the mast, boom, rudder and tiller parts you'll ever need LOL
