Fuse panel w/dual battery monitor

Post by eaglelakejames »

Ahoy,
I'm looking for a 3 switch panel with dual battery monitoring to replace the one I just broke a fuse holder in.
It looks just like a regular panel but has a toggle switch to read either of the two batteries.
I've looked in all the usual places on line and am stiking out.
Any sources? :(

Have you looked at Blue Sea Systems?

5 Position DC Bus with Voltage Meters

But looks like their 3 position panel doesn't have the meter.

I have the 8 position panel but with no meter.

Good Luck,

Can't you just replace the broken fuse?

I broke the housing that holds the fuse and the housing is attached to the buss bar in the back. If I could find an identical fuse holder, a fix might be possible however if I could replace the unit for under $100 I think I'd be money and time ahead. I'm going to follow up on the Chech lead in a previous post.

The Chech link is exactly what I need. A "Marinetech" panel but I can't find a US source or any other info related to "Marinetech" products.
Do you speak/read Chech? If you do please throw me a line!
Getting closer!
Thanks
James

MARINETECH is a German company:
http://www.marinetech.de

You can download a catalog here:
http://www.marinetech.de/index.php?id=kataloge

Catalogs are in English language too. But I don´t know if they have some representative in US.

It seems like it would be so much easier to replace the fuse holder.

Or just replace the panel with a standard one and wire a separate panel for the Batt A-B voltmeter.

I made mine on the cheap with a SeaDog panel, a couple of Teleflex voltmeters and some switches from RadioShack...

eBay?

fuse holder.

By the way.. I HATE these cheap fuse holders. You need to stick something in them to pop the fuse out. I'm replacing mine with a normal fuse holder.
