Does anyone have any experience with leaking fuel like from the fuel pump to the injector? It looks like it's leaking where the fuel pipe from the fuel pump is meeting the pipe going to the Engine ( T connection). How do you fix this without taking the whole carburator/fuel injectors apart since we can't get to the fuel line without taking apart the engine ?
Who can repair this, is there a close Mercury mechanic/ dealers in Chicago/suburb area ?

| Wiehan, please don't cross-post the same thing in two different areas. Most folks do read both of those sections, so there's no benefit and it only confuses things as you'll get answers and discussions going on in two separate areas. I have deleted the second one and we'll keep this one as it does belong in 'repairs'. |

Thank you for your information and for your help Admiral Divecoz. And.. I updated my profile.. sorry !!. I got the Engine fixed by one of the dealer. The fox valley marine was very helpful. The Mechanic took the engine apart, but couldn't find any leak, using some kind of pressure tester. When they put it back together, everything just worked, there is no leak, so.. It's a mystery.. whatever.. it worked.

Welcome, With injectors I would think that you have the newer EFI engin. Looks like you found a good shop.
Inorder to protect these engins you should spray them down with some corossion proector. You may have seen this. It is really hard to say at this point. I had a vacume hose come loose. You may have had something like that and he could not find it with a test and after putting back together he solved it.
Keep an eye on it, you could have a bad hose.
