Elfastream,
It would be great if you posted your results after installing poor mans auto pilot. Reading the directions it did not seem straight forward to me at all.

Re: Mast head light M not working
For anyone who searches this thread in the future. I now have replaced the in deck plug and plug from mast to deck. I ended up looking at 4 prong plug and the Perko plug that was discussed previously. Sure enough the holes in the boat did not match up with the 4 pronged or 2 pronged WM plug so I wen...

I need to update the progress. I ended up ordering the electrical panel from the link in my previous post it arrived in 3 or 4 days. Ultimately my boat is still too new for me to contemplate cutting out a larger hole for nicer electrical panel or drilling holes yet. I was able to replace panel by un...

I just want to remind experienced sailors. I took a sailing class on a J-22. At the dock we raised the main pulled the sheet in and left from the dock. That is totally different than trying to keep and M straight into the wind with the engine while raising the main in high winds lines led aft or not...

c130king, When a fuse blows to check it you have to slip a small screwdriver down the left side right by the f in the word fuse and push a little to the right to pop out the fuse. If you push too hard in the dark with out your reading glasses and maybe one too many pops you break off the whole side ...

Russ MT, Now you see what I'm talking about instructions are in a foreign language. :) Thanks for the reply we are having a record hot summer but the winds have been great. We cruised last weekend with just the jenny and were at times by GPS going over 6 knots. A little too much wind for this novice...

It is a windscoop not windsock. It may be that my new to sailing is showing but I do not have anything to raise it with it over the front hatch I have a furler. That is what is so amazing about sailing if you have not grown up around sailboats and have no experience whatsover except for reading and ...

Tangentair, Thanks for the advice but I'm not sure I'm qualified to install the breaker panel you suggested. I was just hoping the fuse panel cover could be replaced and I would not have to do any wiring. On not very close inspection it appeared to me that the fuse panel is just a panel and it doesn...

Windsock for air ventalation in cabin
Anybody use the windsock. I purchased one and tried to use this weekend and could not a find a smart way to hang it. Of course I did not know I would need some rope to hang it etc. The instructions are not all that great. Where do you hang it and how? What are the four grommet holes for in the botto...
