ah Jake he is so Cute.
We did a major cleaning on the Polliwog this weekend and were reminded of this handsome critter. We ( and the kids) enjoyed having him on board!

Welcome Home
Leon, Dawn and Jake, It was fantastic meeting you in Monterey. It was indeed very chilly! I wish we could have lent you our extention cord and heater. It would have made your stay in Monterey much nicer. Next time you are coming this way I hope we can connect for another class of wine! Best, Carl an...

Sorry for the confusion. The two batteries are connected through the combiner 50. I think that the combiner 50 switch is turned off so that no charge can go to the full cycle battery -- my theory. I havent been back to the boat yet to check it out. The combiner 50 switch may be bad too. I have not f...

The problem with the battery may have been that it was low about one and a half water bottles of water. I filled the battery, but didnt have time to check it ...

Help!! New 26x owner with Battery Question
Hey there! I read this site extensively prior to us buying a sail boat... Thus, we bought a used macgregor 26. Because of this site, we bought a 26X.. 1999. We are fairly new to sailing.. Unless you count JR yacht club 23 years ago and a sailing Cert. course 10years ago from a local Junior college. ...
