I'am 29 years of age and 215lbs so hopefully I have enough strength and youth left in me to push the tongue back and forth. Of course when the Admiral is younger than you(Mine's 24) you are always referred to as an OLD man. LOL Thanks to all for the great responces so far. Keep-em coming. I may bein...

The door on my storage unit is 12ft tall so I don't think that height will be an issue. It appears that my bay sits taller on the trailer than a Mac does. The top of my windsheild comes close, but it fits. There is one 26M up there and by looking at it I'am almost sure it sits a tad lower than what ...

Will a 26M fit in a 10x30 storage unit?????
I'am pretty sure that the 26M will be our next boat, to replace our Bayliner 2450 Cruiser. I currently have a 10x30 storage unit 5 minutes from the lake we use and it's cheap at $40.00 per month. Will the 26M fit in this space. The unit has a very high cieling so I'am thinking the mast would fit if ...

Anyone hear of or have a SAIL outboard?
I have seen "SAIL" outboards online, but have never heard of them before. They sure are inexpensive compared to other brands. Are they another motor in drag. They are Chinese made. Don't know if thats good or bad, but again they sure are cheap.

NEW MEMBER with STORING QUESTION.
I have come to the conclusion that the Mac 26M will be my next boat. I currently have a 2455 Bayliner and store it in a 12X30 storage unit by the lake. My 2455 is over 26' feet in length with the swim platform. The outdrive(which has to be all the way down) is an inch from the back wall and the toun...

Thanks!
Boy that didn't take long for the info and warm welcome. I suspected based on the specs that I wouldn't have a problem, but it never hurts to be sure. Even though I have the storage unit at the lake it would be nice to be able to take the boat home(1 hr away) and clean it and do upgrades etc. I do q...

Is a Jeep Grand Cherokee A Sufficient Tow Vehicle for a Mac?
I currently own a Bayliner 2455 and love boating. I have been come to the conclusion that the 26M will be my next boat. My Bay weighs in at about 5000lbs. With the trailer, gear, and full tanks its probably a 6500 to 7000lb package. Way too much for my Grand Cherokee which is only rated at 5000lbs. ...
