Great week sailing

Just got back from a great week of sailing. My Dad, sister, and one of my nephew's provided the entertainment.... http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w59/mbelcher25/Fathers%20Day%20Weekend%202007/IMG_0027.jpg Docked at St Michaels (Chesapeak Bay) http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w59/mbelcher25/Fath...

I've been putting between 8 - 16 ounces of clorox in my tank. I remember calculating that around 2 cups was about right when I was looking into this. Anyway, that's what I've been using...

Thanks for the pics, beautiful, just beautiful. Of all the places I've been, Scotland will probably always be my favorite. I went there on a vacation a few years ago, rented a car and spent two weeks driving all over, visiting the many wonderful castles, going to the highland games festivities, the ...

I've been putting Stabil in every tank, regardless of how fast I use it. Last thing you want on a motor these days is carb problems. No such thing as an expert anymore if you've got carb problems...

Well, that's probably about where I was, but I don't know if my manner was calm and collected. I'll have to get a few more experiences under my belt before I can call it that, but thanks for the insight. BTW, at anchor, three beers and a shot of rum will calm things down quite a bit...

I've never broached in my boat yet, but this last weekend I got underway at 6 am and was winging it across the bay... http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w59/mbelcher25/IMG_0020.jpg even though I knew a small craft advisory was in effect starting at 8 AM. At almost exactly 8 AM the wind suddenly went...

This is such a depressing thread. I'm looking forward to having may Dad, Sister, and one of my Nephews aboard my boat this coming father's day weekend. It will be the first time I've had 4 adults on the boat. I will find out how well the 07 M layout works, but I'm sure it will be fine and we will al...

My dealer told me its made by Aqua Signal.
Checked West Marine, looks like it has to be WM model # 237263 AquaSignal

Local store has one in stock... :)

so I'm going with it. It will fit, or I will make it fit.

Running light float test

I float tested the cover for my front (red/green) running light this weekend. It doesn't float. :( So far this season, I have also float tested a pair of glasses, a digital camera, and a swiss army knife. None of them floated. :( :x  Anyway, I have (had) the standard front running light on my 0...

I'd say you don't have any anti-fouling bottom paint at all from the looks of your hull. If you do, something is seriously wrong with it. I had mine bottom painted early this year and it's been sitting in the chesapeake since the beginning of March. I pulled it out this weekend and the bottom was cl...

Not sure if you were referring to me, but thanks. And it looks like you may have it sold. It sounds like people get mixed results with props on the Honda 50. Sorry, it was a post on an open forum. I should have said "if anyone is interested". I agree with you about the mixed results...wit...
