OK stupid question time, why pack it in in early OCT, I get it gets cold but not freezing yet , here in NJ it was 74 today and weather was great, could you expand the season more or I am missing something???

That is a bridge to far for me, I have never sailed a boat and that seems like a Madian voyage that would be to much for me, getting a slip is not really an issue but taking a free boot I have never been on a long way is asking for karma to come by.

I did see the 26d that is looking for a home, and by see I mean saw it on these pages. Would a 26d work as well as a 26S, not sure , one chimed in here about his 26D so I will reach out to the owner , the main issue is as you said I have no trailer nor does he, anyone want to take a lovely road trip...
