Morse Command 200 Steering Controls
I have a 1999 Mac 26X with Morse Command 200 Tilt Steering System (part number 300252 helm). I have no idea on how thesteering is supposed to tilt, and can find nothing on line that explains how this works. I am also in the dark on the black nylon (?) brake screw at the bottom of the 90 degree bezel...

Steve, after fumbling around the web for more information, I came upon the Sailrite website and found something called a SNAD which is a snap fastener which uses a 3M adhesive backing instead of having to screw in the fastener. Attaching cockpit cushions
I had just purchased a MAC 26X (1999) which came with (I think) the original cockpit cushions which are in very good condition, but have male snaps attached to the back of them. The cockpit seats however do not have any female snaps to attach on to. The former owner is unavailable to pose this quest...
