If your are going for space the M is the way to go. I can fit 8 people sitting inside and I have slept 7 people pretty comfortably. In regards to the size upgrade, I started sailing last summer. Never been sailing with any other sailor in my life (still to this day :( (anyone want to come out with m...

With an auto pilot, what happens when wind directions shift or you get hit with gusts, can it account for things like that? Has anyone installed wind vane steering on a mac?

If it happens again you can grab a peice of wire and run it from one end of the fuse holder to the other, tape or wedge the old fuse in to hold together. A little sketchy though if the fuse blows for a reason :|

I trailer my boat every single weekend, I find the best thing to do is attach the furler to the mast somehow. If the furler has any kinks in it and it is in the sun for to long it will never straighten out again. I use electrical tape to hold the furler to the mast and use a peice of wood (about the...

Here it is, I had a buddy of mine with his 25' Lund drive side by side at varying speeds to test the accuracy of my speed reader and from what we could tell it matched up pretty close to what his speedo was reading. (I know not the greatest test but when I get my gps I will do a very thorough test) ...

I highly disagree about the rudders being down when docking or getting on the trailer. Granted it will give you better response but not necessarily better control (control comes from throttle). The problem I see with this is that it is almost too much response, I like to be able to cut the wheel in ...

No mine isn't gaff rigged, I was hanging out near the big no wake cove on the south-west side. But yeah I thought that was you, we have spoken before. Last time we spoke you said there was still available spots over there is that still true? Is it by contract or month to month?

I just don't see that because then how would it be possible to sail wing on wing, is it because the main feeds into the genny?

Those angles seem more accurate sailing with a main as well, not genny only.

Frank, Points taken. You can calibrate the paddle on the ST40. I most definatley will bring a GPS out with me soon, or at least have someone drive next to me at full throttle and see what the differences are. Dimitri, I am talking about genoa only no main. I never said you could sail ddw but are you...

Well, Went out yesterday to go get some proof for you all but no success. Went to my storage yard hooked up the boat, pulled up to the gas station gassed up then got on the road. Looking at the trailer through my side mirror I noticed the tire wobbling a little. Pulled over to the side of the road t...
