Re: Electric head installation

Thanks Matt, :) O.K. I now know that my weight concerns are not without foundation with my new boat. One thing known. My motor is a 50 Hp Honda 2003. My boat is a Mac 26 M 2003, which means the galley and the fresh water tank are on the same side as the toilet closet, in front of the mirror which is...

Re: Plexiglass or lexan door

Mike, Just be aware, that during the day the dark color will give privacy, but during the night, anyone on a dock where you may be slipped, will be able to see inside, that is, if your cabin lights are on. It is that way with the dark windows of the Mac, and it will be the same with the companion w...

Re: Long spring towing precautions

Get a spare tire for the trailer, just in case. Other wise no problem. The seller tels me the wheels are 15 inches, 5 nuts, and the wheels salesman tels me he needs a part number or the car model and year. The salesman says there are many different wheels models with five holes and 15 inches as a d...

Re: Long spring towing precautions

I am not a bearing expert. Never even seen it done. But I was looking at this on BWY Parts & Accessories page earlier today. Is this what you need? [url=http: Good Luck, Jim Yes it is. So we say 29 USD X 2 X 1,25 = 75 CAD plus two hours at 60 CAD plus 5 % taxes, just about 200 CAD. The seller w...

Re: Long spring towing precautions

A 2003 trailer is due for wheel bearing overhaul - they should be taken out, cleaned with solvent, inspected, greased and re-assembled by someone who knows what they are doing (you can learn how to do this in about one hour searching threads here) Well, Mr. Kelly, you worried me to the point I e-mai...
