Re: German Translators?

With all the new certificates in Germany required to even hoist a sail don't know if the A-Schein is even worth something anymore ...

Re: Boat show in Annapolis, new DVD
I too decide to buy a Mac Gregor based on what I read on this home page . The only good thing about the factory is, that they send you all catalogues and CD right away. If you have a question and use the e-mail on their page you never get an answer. To me that is a: Mercedes attitude . I do not have...

Re: taking the MAC overseas
@ 2BonC Does that also apply for trailers with US license plate?? I drove my Jeep (as a German with a German address) over there for almost a year with CA plate without any modifications on the car? I also saw a few 5th wheelers (Aufliegerwohnwagen) with US plates and US plates on the tow truck. Hav...

Re: taking the MAC overseas

Just fly the US flag and the police will probably not mess with you. Germans need to have a special license for that lake. Hope that info helps a...

Re: 26 X layout
There is no doubt that I will go with either a M or X. I might take me a bit longer to get it but for sure it will be a Mac. Than I will sail it for a season and find out the ranking of my mods.

Re: Nice day on the water???????
The Dehler Test was done by the German boating magazin "Die Yacht" to proof the quality of Dehler Yachts Last thing I heard about Dehler is that they are in bankruptcy and Hanse Yacht is thinking about buying them.
