Rest of trailer will get first wire brush and repaint this August. Looks okay so far. We used the boat in salt water the first few years, then didn't use it for about 10 years, now it's back in fresh water. Thanks for the interest.

The curved trailer rod that holds the centerboard in place in case the rope gives way while trailering is rusted on our 1991 MacGregor 26' original trailer.
