Re: mdr alert, high winds next 3 days
Well, I got a late start going to MDR and didn't arrive until 5 PM. Thanks Mike for your message about my boat, I checked as well and there was no damage at all. One boat by the fence to the parking lot was still on its side with the mast blocking the driveway between the first and second rows. It s...

Hello Mike,
Thank you very much for your report. My wife and I will be down there early this afternoon just to check out our boat even though if seems that it is OK. It is in space 173 - Chapter 2.
Bill, I'll post additional findings upon my return home.
Mike, thank you again.

Re: Whisker pole -- How long.
Hello Dave, I would like to join you in this discussion. I have looked at several old posts, but I think a fresh look at the topic would be great. In addition to your question, I'm also interested in how to make one myself. I would like to know where to get the hardware for the two ends of the whisk...

Re: Just Purchased 26M
Hello Ron and Cindy, Welcome aboard and congratulations on you new boat! We have had our 26M for almost four years now (June 2007) and have had many wonderful sailing days on her. Take your time learning to sail her and on any given day, you will wonder just where the time went. We sail out of Marin...

Re: Havasu Pocket Cruisers Convention 2011
Thank you, Sean Mulligan, for all your efforts to make this week just great. My wife and I did not participate in all the races but we truly enjoyed sailing on the lake with so many other sailboats. We spent two days cruising around on the north part of the lake and enjoyed having fair winds and rel...

Hello Dnomyar and all others, I'll be towing my 26M to Lake Havasu to join the Havasu Pocket Cruisers Convention 2011 in February. I'm planning to go to San Diego in May 2011 for about one week. http://www.sailhavasu.com/ Check it out and come on over. I would like to invite anyone with a "stif...

Re: Problem with spreaders resting on lifelines. How to fix ?
Hello Phill, Welcome to sailing a :macm: ! When I ready the boat to move, I follow these steps: 1. Lower the mast and let it rest on the aft support. 2. Remove the bolt from the foot of the mast. 3. As I move the mast forward, I swing it first to one side then the other to tug the spreaders under th...

Re: where not to buy
Hello Tom, Thank you for serving this great country. My wife and I bought from Mike Inmon in Marina del Rey in 2007 and we are very happy with the service that we have received during the 2 1/2 years that we have had the boat. Mike has since moved to the factory location in Costa Mesa, Ca. Now, take...
