speedy rigger mast lift
Anyone ever try to lift their mast the way Jeff does on is video. I don't get it, either he is superman or he has a feather light mast. I have had my 2001 X since 2007. The first year I just had the assistance of my wife and we almost killed ourselves. Every summer since, I have needed the assistanc...

thruHull connector
I have a thruHull connector in the head of my 26x. It is up by the window and has a clear hose hanging from it to the floor. It looks like a good way to get water into the boat but I don't know how I would connect a hose...any Ideas...thanks in advance , ron

Re: raising mast
hey Pat...glad to hear yours worked out. I can't say specifically which kind mine is. It came with the boat when I purchased it from the previous owner. I can say it looks exactly like the one in the manual...Pole that bolts to mast mount with block and tackle mounted to bow and line to winch. I sti...

Re: mac bump
See, now isn't being nice a much better feeling...I appreciate your apology but please read your post again. It does not explain the Mac bump. It only says that it is a way of getting the boat on the trailer...No need to take this up personally. Again, we are supposed to be here to help others. look...

Re: mac bump
Well I got to tell you Admiral Frank, I'm still searching the Advanced Search for info on a description of the mac bump and all I've come up with after, Reading and Reading are people talking about how to make it work better. Make what work better I kept asking myself until Bob came along without a ...

Re: mac bump
Thank you Bob for explaining what Whoa thought Tangentia did but did not. I am not a newbie to this site, just a new Mac owner seeking information from seasoned owners. I thought the basis of this site was, Sharing. The only reason I came off curt was because Capt. Tangentia chose not to answer the ...

Re: mac bump
Hey Cap...I know very well how to use the advanced search and I tried it before asking the question. In the time you took to explain how to use it you could have explained the Mac Bump...I think you may need to get out on the water and chill...Ron

raising mast
:macx: I purchased a 2001 26X in the fall and finally got it in the water yesterday. Feels great. I purchased the Speedy Rigger DVDS over the winter to get some ideas. The first one has the guy, tall and very thin, lifting the mast of his 1998 26X by himself as if it is a PVC pipe. Is this guy for r...

trailer jack
My Mac trailer jack seems to have broken. It won't go up or down. First I don't understand why Mac welded these, It makes it hard to add a replacement. Does anyone know if the guts can be replaced. Thanks, Ron psych54

Hi...I have a hose, garden hose type with female end that runs down to the potty and the other end extends out the side side of the boat at the top of the head. I thought it was for water but based of the fitting West Marine tells me it is a vent. Anyone know what this might be for...Ron
